Yay! I picked up the Xbox 360 version of battlefield 3 on Thursday, sadly, I couldn't go online because of heavy server load, but I got to try it out on both Friday and Saturday and I most say I'm really impressed. Sure some things could have been better and some levels does have some CoD feeling to it, but overall, when you get in a game with vehicles the games just rocks.
The RTM version is a lot more stable than the beta which is kinda interesting considering the beta was only 25 days ago. I tested the beta on both the Xbox and on the PC and I have to confess, I preferred it on the PC, but most of my friends had already pre-ordered it on the Xbox so I fell for the peer pressure.
What I really loved with he PC version was the battlelog system, where you do all the server browsing and game joining through your browser instead of starting up the game, which gives you more flexibility if you just want to check what servers are online. Another great thing with having this system is that alt+tabbing out of the game was more stable than what games usually are, which makes IRC:ing at the same time as playing a lot easier.
